Still in the capital city.
Mild last night so I sat out in my swing just enjoying the evening waiting for the goblins. The moon kept trying to break through the clouds and was an eerie sight as it back lit the wildly, tortured trees as they twisted in the wind. The wind howled and whistled as the leaves skittered, and swirled about. Very impressive show for all of 4 goblins and two mothers! Puppy's Pop and I will have candy to last us until next October 31. Grandson, Batman, and daughter, dressed as her husband, came after spending two hours trick or treating in my childhood neighborhood. They had a ball with our nephew's children and friends. She got our cool kid dressed in his pj's before they headed back home. I'll bet he was asleep before they reached 395.
Looks like the sun may break through today. May get a chance to go for a walk after I go the Mass. The parish is celebrating the 150 anniversary of All Hallows Church today; most fitting as it's All Saints Day! I do hope I can get a hold of at least one of the brochures that they have put together.
