Taken from the ship.I'm still not calmed down! I've been dealing with insurances, on line banking, the VA and other various entities, on line and by phone. I can't stand it! I quit. It was much easier to do business when a real person actually answered the phone and really knew what they were talking about. That being said I still don't feel any better about anything so I'll just go and have a snack!
I think that I'll try to find an asshole quote.
