Photo courtesy of the cook's helper, a sophomore from PHS and most pretty young lady. As we were eating our breakfast at Lizzy B's this morning the cow took a serene, leisurely walk on the sidewalk and stopped to look into the dining area. It was so cool. This was the best photo B. could get as they tried to bring good Bessy to her home pasture. I'm glad B. had her phone with her or we wouldn't have the proof of the curious bovine. Yep, that is a bit of the Dodge Ram on the left. Bessy actually put her face right up to the window at least 3 times before they were able to lure her home with a bucket of grain and a tether. She wasn't too sure she wanted to leave though and gave them a hard time crossing the street.
