In the first photo you will see the hummingbird feeder bottom right located on the window in Puppy's Pop's shop. A Bluebird kept sitting on the feeder watching him work in his shop yesterday. Puppy's Pop couldn't figure out what was going on. He removed the top of the hummingbird feeder and put water into the bottom. The Bluebirds, both the male and female, kept dropping into the water and looked into the shop. He decided to put an old bluebird box next to the window. Both birds kept flying between the hummingbird feeder base and the box. He finally managed to block off the only window in his shop and the Bluebirds kept flying in, landing on whatever material he used to block the window and constantly tried to peek into the shop. He finally nailed up an old, thin blanket and they now seem to be happily making their nest in the old box. The window will be covered for quite some time!
Today they are still landing on the top of the thin blanket and their weight allows them to push it down enough that they can still peek in the shop! It seems quite odd.
