Only without power for about 4 hours. We did fine with the kerosene heater. It was good to try it out and see if it would do the trick. It did. We let the temp drop to 66 before Puppy's Pop got the stove working and set up at the bottom of the cellar stairs. He's cleared the snow at least 3 time with the snowblowers and it's still coming down at 3:25 pm. I'm quite sure we're way over 17 inches.

I used those pictures to show the guys at work who were complaining about the 23 degree temps here this morning that there are less optimal places to live.

Très cool! The Bulletin gave Plainfield the highest total for their coverage area. 21inches. Certainly could be correct. Puppy's Pop went out 4 times to get it all.
